研究目的：

对护理院老年人最小化身体约束方案进行适用性检验，验证以教育为主的多因素干预方案对提高护理人员知识、态度、行为及规范护理院老年人身体约束的有效性，从而提升护理院老年人长期照护质量，改善老年人生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To test applicability of minimized physical restraint program among older adults in nursing home, evaluate the effectiveness of education-based multicomponent intervention to improve nursing staff's knowledge, attitude, practice and reduce physical restraints in nursing homes, promote quality of long-term care and older adults' quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①护理院身体约束使用率≥20%；②年龄≥60岁的老年人，入住时间≥1个月

Inclusion criteria

① nursing homes with a self-reported physical restraint of at least 20.
② Older adults ≥ 60 years old, living in the nursing home for over 1 month.

排除标准：

① 护理人员在1年内接受过其他研究开展的身体约束相关培训的护理院;② 因严重或特殊疾病被告知不能参与本研究的老年人;③计划在一个月内离开该护理院的老年人

Exclusion criteria：

① Nursing staff received restraint education developed by other similar research within 1 year
② Older adults who were told to be not allowed to observe because of serious and special illness
③ plan to leave nursing home within 1 month
