研究目的：

观察QLB对髋部骨折老年患者PND的影响，为改善髋部骨折老年患者术后认知功能提供新思路、新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of QLB on PND in elderly patients with hip fracture, and to provide new ideas and methods for improving postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients with hip fracture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥65岁；美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I～II；择期行髋关节置换术者；接受过小学及以上教育；术前简易精神状态量表（MMSE）评分≥24分。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥65 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I ~ II; Elective hip replacement surgery; Have received primary school education or above; Preoperative simple Mental State Scale (MMSE) score ≥24 points.

排除标准：

严重的视听疾患；无法配合完成测试者；严重的心、肺、脑、肝、肾疾病；术前存在精神疾病及认知障碍；药物滥用或药物成瘾史；局麻药过敏史；穿刺部位感染。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe visual and auditory disorders; Unable to cooperate with the completion of the test; Serious heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney diseases; There were mental illness and cognitive impairment before operation. A history of substance abuse or drug addiction; History of local anesthetic allergy; Puncture site infection.
