探讨通过膳食纤维的干预对肠道菌群和炎症因子水平以及肌肉量的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of dietary fiber intervention on intestinal flora, inflammatory factors and muscle mass

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究设计为一多中心开放式随机对照研究设计，干预周期为10天，干预组为全营养制剂（含水溶性膳食纤维，6g/条，4/日），对照组为全营养制剂（不含膳食纤维）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study was designed as a multicenter open randomized controlled study design. The intervention period was 10 days. The intervention group was given total nutritional preparation (water soluble dietary fiber, 6G / satch, 4 / day), while the control group was treated with total nutritional preparation (without dietary fiber). 

纳入标准：

（1）以外科ICU患者存在颅脑外伤、脑出血、脏器手术、四肢和脊柱大手术为首选；
（2）年龄介于18-65岁之间；
（3）入ICU 24小时NUTRIC评分大于等于5分，APACHE II评分大于10分；
（4）自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients in surgical ICU with craniocerebral trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, organ surgery, limb and spinal surgery were the first choice;
(2) Aged between 18 and 65 years old;
(3) the 24-hour NUTRIC score was greater than or equal to 5 points, APACHE II score was greater than 10 points;
(4) voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）存在各类骨代谢或者肌肉疾病，如重症肌无力等；
（2）NUTRIC评分少于5分；
（3）预期ICU住院时间少于7天；
（4）伴有肿瘤或者I型糖尿病，基础疾病中CKD4-5期，存在严重的肝病；
（5）患者家属拒绝参加研究；
（6）无法经肠内补充营养制剂患者；
（7）伴有影响消化、吸收、代谢或排泄的肠道疾病或因素；
（8）伴有甲状腺功能异常或内分泌、代谢性疾病；
（9）妊娠期或哺乳期女性；
（10）精神疾病病史；
（11）既往对已知将使用的药物过敏史；
（12）既往存在腹泻便秘，或者肠道炎症；
（13）入组前两周使用过抗生素、益生菌、益生元、合生元制剂。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are various bone metabolism or muscle diseases, such as myasthenia gravis; (2) over 65 years old; (3) NUTRIC score less than 5; (4) expected ICU stay less than 7 days; (5) accompanied by tumor or type I diabetes, ckd4-5 of basic diseases, with severe liver disease; (6) family members of patients refused to participate in the study; (7) patients who could not receive enteral nutrition supplements (8) accompanied by intestinal diseases or factors affecting digestion, absorption, metabolism or excretion; (9) accompanied by thyroid dysfunction or endocrine and metabolic diseases; (10) pregnant or lactating women; (11) history of mental illness; (12) previous history of allergy to drugs known to be used; (13) previous diarrhea, constipation, or intestinal inflammation; (14) top two in the group Weeks of use of antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics preparations.
