研究目的：

探究北京中医药大学深圳医院（龙岗）三年内失眠患者的诊疗情况，统计其中药、西药的使用情况，对现有诊疗情况进行总结，对不足之处提出一些改进方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To exploring the diagnosis and treatments of insomnia patients in Shenzhen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (Longgang) within three years. Making statistics on the use of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, summarizing the existing diagnosis and treatments, and puting forward some improvement methods for the deficiencies.

纳入标准：

《国际睡眠障碍分类 ISCD-3》短期失眠和慢性失眠的诊断标准:
诊断慢性失眠，必须同时符合以下1~6项：
⑴存在以下一种或者多种睡眠异常症状：入睡困难；睡眠维持困难；比期望的起床时间更早醒来；在适当的时间不愿意上床睡觉。
⑵存在一种或者多种相关的日间症状：疲劳或全身不适感；注意力不集中或记忆障碍；社交、家庭、职业或学业等功能损害；情绪易烦躁或易激动；日间思睡；行为问题，比如多动、冲动或攻击性；精力和体力下降；易发生错误与事故；过度关注睡眠问题或对睡眠质量不满意。
⑶睡眠异常症状不能用没有睡眠时间或不良睡眠环境来解释。
⑷睡眠异常症状和日间症状至少每周出现3次。
⑸睡眠异常症状和日间症状持续至少3个月。
⑹睡眠和觉醒困难不能被其他类型的睡眠障碍解释。
短期失眠诊断标准:符合慢性失眠第1~3、6项标准，但病程不足3个月，和或相关症状出现的频率未达到每周3次。

Inclusion criteria

International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ISCD-3) Diagnostic Criteria for short-term and chronic insomnia:
The diagnosis of chronic insomnia must meet the following 1~6 items at the same time:
(1) has one or more of the following sleep disorders: Difficulty falling asleep; Difficulty maintaining sleep; Wake up earlier than you'd like; Not going to bed at the right time.
(2) There are one or more associated daytime symptoms: fatigue or general malaise; Lack of attention or memory; Impairment of social, family, career or academic functions; Be easily agitated or agitated emotionally; Daydreaming; Behavioral problems, such as hyperactivity, impulsivity, or aggression; Decreased energy and physical strength; Prone to errors and accidents; Excessive attention to sleep problems or dissatisfaction with the quality of sleep;
(3) Abnormal sleep symptoms cannot be explained by lack of sleep time or poor sleep environment;
(4) Abnormal sleep and daytime symptoms appear at least 3 times a week;
(5) abnormal sleep symptoms and daytime symptoms continue for at least 3 months;
(6) Difficulty in sleep and wakefulness may not be explained by other types of sleep disorders;
Short-term insomnia diagnostic criteria: meeting the criteria of chronic insomnia 1~3, 6, but the course of disease is less than 3 months, and the frequency of or related symptoms does not reach 3 times a week.

排除标准：

(1)精神或神经系统功能障碍，无法表达意愿者；
