本研究基于急性脑出血患者常规CT平扫影像数据为基础的影像组学方法，构建预测急性脑出血后早期血肿再扩大概率的影像组学预测模型，以便临床医生更好为患者提供切实可行的个性化治疗方案，  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, based on the conventional CT image data of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), this study constructed a prediction model of early hematoma enlargement probability after acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), so that clinicians can better provide patients with practical individualized treatment plans,

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本课题研究将通过收集大量急性脑出血后早期血肿再扩大患者的CT平扫数据，人工勾划急性脑出血区为ROI，并以患者早期是否血肿扩大为机器学习的有监督学习的标签，建立预测急性脑出血后早期血肿再扩大风险的模型。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

In this study, we will collect a large number of CT scan data of patients with early hematoma re expansion after acute cerebral hemorrhage, manually delineate the area of acute cerebral hemorrhage as ROI, and set up a model to predict the risk of early hematoma re expansion after acute cerebral hemorrhage with the label of supervised learning of machine learning 

纳入标准：

（1）患者既往无其它神经系统重大疾病。
（2）患者入院后经过颅脑CT平扫检查确诊为新发急性脑出血,且CT平扫检查结果符合本实验要求。
（3）患者入院首诊头颅CT平扫检查并通过CT随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patient had no other major neurological diseases.
(2) After admission, the patients were diagnosed as new acute cerebral hemorrhage by brain CT scan, and the results of CT scan met the requirements of this experiment.
(3) The first time the patient was admitted to hospital, the head CT scan was performed and followed up by CT.

排除标准：

脑动静脉畸形、动脉瘤、血液病、梗死后出血、脑淀粉样血管病、烟雾病、脑动脉炎、抗凝或溶栓治疗、瘤卒中等引起的脑出血将被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

Cerebral hemorrhage caused by cerebral arteriovenous malformations, aneurysms, hematologic diseases, post infarction hemorrhage, cerebral amyloid angiopathy, moyamoya disease, cerebral arteritis, anticoagulant or thrombolytic therapy, and moderate tumor stroke will be excluded.
