研究目的：

评价芩翘消毒颗粒治疗流行性感冒的临床有效性、安全性，并初步探究其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qin-Qiao-Xiao-Du Granule in the treatment of influenza, and explore its mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组： 芩翘消毒颗粒安慰剂1袋，开水冲制，2次/日以及磷酸奥司他韦胶囊75mg，口服，2次/日； 试验组：芩翘消毒颗粒1袋，开水冲制，2次/日以及磷酸奥司他韦胶囊安慰剂75mg，口服，2次/日。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Control group: Qin-Qiao Xiao-Du Granule placebo 1 bag, boiled water, twice a day, and oseltamivir phosphate capsule 75mg, orally, twice a day. The experimental group: Qin-Qiao Xiao-Du Granule (1 bag, boiled water, twice a day) and oseltamivir phosphate capsules (75 mg, orally, twice a day). 

纳入标准：

（1）符合流行性感冒确诊病例；
（2）年龄≥15岁，≤85岁者；
（3）病程≤36小时；
（4）体温≥37.5℃；
（5）能够接受检查、治疗及随访，并同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed cases of influenza;
2. Patients aged >= 15 years and <= 85 years;
3. Patients whose course of disease is less than or equal to 36 hours;
4. Patients with body temperature >= 37.5 degrees C;
5. Patients who can accept examination, treatment and follow-up, and agree to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠妇女或产褥期妇女；
（2）精神疾病患者或其他不能合作或不愿合作者；
（3）近1月或正在参与相似临床试验者；
（4）人类获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者；
（5）已服用抗病毒药物治疗流感患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women or puerperal women;
2. Patients with mental illness or others who are unable or unwilling to cooperate;
3. Those who have been participating in similar clinical trials in the past one month;
4. Patients with human acquired immunodeficiency syndrome;
5. Patients with influenza have been treated with antiviral drugs.
