研究目的：

全面评估新冠肺炎康复患者的血清、免疫、神经心理以及全身组织及代谢情况，并探讨导致患者恢复后异常指标的可能影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To comprehensively evaluate the serum, immune, neoropsychological, morphological and metabolic situations of patients who recovered from COVID19, and explore possible factors that lead to these abnormals.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本实验为横断面观察性研究，着重测量新冠康复患者的实验室检查指标，包括患者的血常规各项参数、C反应蛋白、血沉、肝肾功能、心肌酶谱及抗体滴度；心肺功能情况包括心电图及心肺功能指标；神经心理量表评价包括简易认知状态评价量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、味觉改变评价量表、疲劳量表及韦氏记忆量表；全身组织器官及代谢指标，包括头颅MRI及静息态脑功能成像、全身PETCT及PETMRI成像等。观察以上指标有无异常，探讨导致异常指标的可能影响因素。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

As a cross-sectional observational study, this study aims to fully evaluate the health of patients who recovered from COVID19. The laboratory examination including routine blood test, C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, liver and kidney function, myocardial enzymes and antibody titer; cardiopulmonary function including ECG and cardiopulmonary function index; the neuropsychological scales included Mini-mental State Examination, Hamilton Depression Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Taste Change Assessment, Fatigue Scale and Wechsler Memory Scale; the whole body tissue, organ and metabolic indexes, including head MRI and resting state brain functional imaging, whole body PETCT and PETMRI. To find the abnormal parameters and explore the possible influencing factors for these abnormal parameters. 

纳入标准：

河南省确诊的新型冠状病毒并且目前已经康复的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with and recovered from COVID19 in He'nan.

排除标准：

身体情况差，对全面评估不耐受的患者。年龄＜18岁以及已怀孕及备孕期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with poor physical condition who cannot tolerate the comprehensive evaluation. Patients younger than 18 years old; Female patients who is pregnant or is prepared to be pregnant.
