研究目的：

探讨运动损伤患者关节液中炎症因子及尿酸水平的变化对术后1年康复和临床疗效的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of changes in inflammatory factors and uric acid levels in joint fluid on postoperative rehabilitation and clinical efficacy in patients with sports injuries.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.前交叉韧带损伤患者；
2.半月板损伤患者；
3.内侧皱襞综合征患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with acl injury;
2. Patients with meniscus injury;
3. Patients with medial plica syndrome.

排除标准：

1.存在与免疫相关的基础疾病；
2.外伤导致膝关节骨折；
3.一般检测指标有明显异常者；
4.有烟酒嗜好；
5.有神经、精神系统疾患、妊娠期妇女或有相关病史者合并严重器质性病变；
6.三个月之内参加本研究之外的其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The presence of underlying immune-related diseases;
2. Knee joint fracture caused by trauma;
3. Obvious abnormalities in general test indicators;
4. A penchant for alcohol and tobacco;
5. Severe organic lesions in patients with neurological and psychiatric disorders, pregnant women or related medical history;
6. Other researchers who participated in this study within three months.
