建立小柱皮散布式种植术治疗小面积深度烧伤新方案  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a new method for treating small area deep burn by Dispersedly Implanting Autologous Small Columnar Skin

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者18 ≦年龄≦ 65 岁，性别不限；符合热力伤，临床诊断为深II度或浅III度烧伤，烧伤面积≤10%；签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients may be included in the study only if they meet all of the following criteria:
1. Hospitalized patients aged 18 to 65 years men and women;
2. Patients diagnosed with a deep second degree burn or third degree burn less than 10% TBSA;
3. Ability to understand and willingness to sign a written informed consent document.

排除标准：

总烧伤面积>10%的患者；妊娠、哺乳期患者；严重的心、肺、肝肾功能不全患者；因各种原因不能完成治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The burn area was more than 10%TBSA;
2. Pregnant or breast feeding women;
3. Uncontrolled underlying illness including, but not limited to, symptomatic congestive heart failure, unstable angina pectoris ,renal insufficiency, pulmonary dysfunction;
4. Any other clinical conditions would make the subject unsuitable for the study.
