Objectives of Study：

To establish a new method for treating small area deep burn by Dispersedly Implanting Autologous Small Columnar Skin

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者18 ≦年龄≦ 65 岁，性别不限；符合热力伤，临床诊断为深II度或浅III度烧伤，烧伤面积≤10%；签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients may be included in the study only if they meet all of the following criteria:
1）Hospitalized patients ≥18 years of age,and ≤65 years of age.Both men and women are eligible for this trial.
2）Patients diagnosed with a deep second degree burn or third degree burn less than 10% TBSA.
3）Ability to understand and willingness to sign a written informed consent document.

排除标准：

年龄<18 岁或>65 岁；拒绝签署知情同意书；或签署知情同意书后又不愿意再继续进行本实验者；总烧伤面积>10%的患者；妊娠、哺乳期患者；严重的心、肺、肝肾功能不全患者；因各种原因不能完成治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients meeting any of the following criteria are not eligible for the study:
1) Hospitalized patients <18 years of age, or > 65 years of age.
Refuse to sign a written informed consent document.
2）Dont want to continue this operation after signed the informed consents.
3）The burn area was more than 10%TBSA.
4）Pregnant or breast feeding women.
5）Uncontrolled underlying illness including, but not limited to, symptomatic congestive heart failure, unstable angina pectoris ,renal insufficiency,pulmonary dysfunction.
6）Any other clinical conditions would make the subject unsuitable for the study.
