研究目的：

本研究是首项观察音乐治疗联合胆碱酯酶抑制剂（CHEI）多奈哌齐对卒中后认知功能障碍的康复疗效的探索性研究，以期通过合理的药物联合音乐治疗以改善卒中后认知功能减退患者的认知水平和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is the first exploratory study to observe the effect of music therapy combined with cholinesterase inhibitor (CHEI) donepezil on the rehabilitation of cognitive dysfunction after stroke, with a view to improving cognitive decline after stroke through reasonable drugs combined with music therapy The patient’s cognitive level and quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

CT或MRI 证实的新发脑血管病患者，发病6个月内，年龄18岁-80岁，格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分>8分，母语为汉语，MMSE量表评分文盲组≤17； 小学组≤20；初中及以上组≤26，能独立保持坐位30分钟。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with new-onset cerebrovascular disease confirmed by CT or MRI, within 6 months of onset, aged 18-80, Glasgow Coma Scale score>8, native Chinese, MMSE scale score illiteracy group ≤17; elementary school group ≤ 20; Junior high school and above group ≤ 26, able to sit independently for 30 minutes.

排除标准：

本次发病前已有认知障碍者，严重的心肺等全身性疾病，心动过缓，合并视听觉障碍者，情感行为异常及精神病患者，癫痫患者。

Exclusion criteria：

People with cognitive impairment, severe cardiopulmonary and other systemic diseases, bradycardia, patients with visual and auditory impairment, patients with abnormal emotional behavior and mental illness, epilepsy before the onset.

90例患者将采用随机数字表，按照1:1:1比例随机分入常规康复治疗组，常规康复+音乐治疗，常规康复+音乐治疗+胆碱酯酶抑制剂。常规康复训练组接受PT/OT/ST/认知训练；音乐治疗组接收常规康复训练和音乐治疗，而另外一组患者将接受胆碱酯酶抑制剂+音乐治疗和常规康复训练，所有三组患者服用病情相关的药物治疗，如降压药，降糖药物，II级预防药物，不服用其他脑细胞活化剂，如西坦类药物，兴奋性氨基酸受体拮抗剂。
