研究目的：

研究左西孟旦对小儿先天性心脏病术后低心排血量综合征的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

to study the clinical effect of levosimendan on postoperative low cardiac output syndrome in children with congenital heart disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

0-18 岁的先心病行双心室矫治术后患儿，应用 PRAM／ＭostCare 血流动力学监测设备监测血流动力学指标提示CI≤3.0L/(min·m2)或超声心动图检查提示左室射血分数≤45%、血管活性药评分≥10分的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 0-18 years old children with congenital heart disease after biventricular correction, CI <=3.0 L/(min/m2) or echocardiography showed left ventricular ejection fraction <=45%, vasoactive drug score >=10.

排除标准：

单心室、心肌病、中途死亡或自愿退出、严重低血压（血压低于同年龄段低限的30%以下）。

Exclusion criteria：

Single ventricle, cardiomyopathy, midway death or voluntary withdrawal, severe hypotension (blood pressure lower than 30% of the lower limit of the same age group).

由课题总负责人应用excel软random函数生成随机数字表产生随机序列。根据Zelen设计原理将符合纳排标准的患儿以1开始升序进行编号。每位患儿对应随机数字表相应位置的数字，如果为单数进入对照组，双数进入实验组。与患者进行知情同意，由患者选择是否按照该组方案进行治疗，如果同意则应用该组方案治疗，如果不同意则按照另一组方案处理。
