研究目的：

1. 证实后囊膜环形撕除可能维持多焦人工晶状体的居中性、轴向稳定性与旋转稳定性。 2．探究后囊膜环形撕除应用于多焦人工晶体的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. It was confirmed that primary posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorrhexis may maintain the neutral, axial and rotational stability of the multifocal intraocular lens. 2.To explore the feasibility of primary posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorrhexis for multifocal intraocular lens.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

50岁以上的老年性白内障患者，无系统性疾病，无假性囊膜收缩综合征。

Inclusion criteria

cataract patients aged over 50 years with no systemic disease and no pseudocapsular contraction syndrome.

排除标准：

先前有眼部手术史，外伤史，悬韧带离断，青光眼，高度近视（眼轴＞26mm），严重远视（眼轴＜20mm），葡萄膜炎，有术中前囊撕裂、后囊撕裂等并发症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with previous ocular surgery history, trauma history, Zonule rupture, glaucoma, high myopia (ocular axis > 26mm), severe hyperopia (ocular axis < 20mm), uveitis, intraoperative anterior capsule tear, posterior capsule rupture and other complications.

由研究者将写有“PCCC”或者“NPCCC”字母卡片（各20个）的分组方案随机装入一个不透光的信封，信封外面写上1-40的数字编码，密封后交给研究者，待有研究对象进入研究时，如果符合入选标准，研究者随机抽取写有1-40数字的乒乓球，再打开相应编号的信封，按信封内的分组方案进行干预，抽到PCCC卡片患者进入研究组，抽到NPCCC卡片患者进入对照组。
