研究目的：

（1）开发一套结合VR技术、智能化、具备自适应能力的移动认知康复训练系统； （2）考察移动智能认知康复训练系统的实用性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop an intelligent mobile cognitive rehabilitation training system that combines VR technology, intelligence, and adaptability; (2) Check the practicability and effectiveness of the intelligent mobile cognitive rehabilitation training system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①脑血管病经治疗后病情稳定；
②年龄45岁以上，性别不限；
③具有小学或小学以上文化程度；
④轻度或中度认知功能障碍（MMSE评分为15～26分，或者MMSE﹥26分但同时MoCA<27分）；
⑤可配合完成相关的评定和训练；
⑥接受规范化的药物治疗（包括改善脑循环、抗血小板、改善认知功能药物），无需特别调整；
⑦由患者本人或其法定代理人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Cerebrovascular disease in a stable condition after treatment;
2. aged over 45 years;
3. Education level of elementary school or above;
4. Mild or moderate cognitive impairment (MMSE score 1526, or MMSE score﹥26 but at the same time MoCA score <27);
5. Cooperation with relevant assessment and training;
6. Standardized drug treatment (including drugs which improve cerebral circulation, antiplatelet, and improve cognitive function) without special adjustment;
7. Ability to provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

①意识障碍；
②重度认知功能障碍（MMSE<15分）；
③严重精神心理障碍；
④严重失语（听理解障碍无法配合训练）；
⑤严重的视力、听力或运动功能障碍；
⑥严重心肺功能障碍；
⑦文盲；
⑧酗酒或药物滥用。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Consciousness disorder;
2. Severe cognitive dysfunction (MMSE score <15);
3. Severe mental and psychological disorder;
4. Severe aphasia (incoordination because of auditory comprehension);
5. Severe visual, hearing or motor dysfunction;
6. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
7. Illiterate;
8. Alcohol or drug abuse.
