研究目的：

探讨瑞马唑仑用于老年人肠镜检查时的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of remazolam for colonoscopy in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄65-75岁；
ASA分级为Ⅰ或Ⅱ级；
BMI 18 ～28 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects aged 65-75 years old;
2. Subjects with ASA grade I or II;
3. Subjects with BMI of 18-28 kg / m2.

排除标准：

术前存在明显呼吸、循环功能障碍，血常规和血生化指标明显异常者；
患有严重的神经精神系统疾病者；
1个月内每天或近3个月内间断服用苯二氮卓类药物或阿片类药物；
对苯二氮卓类药物、阿片类药物、丙泊酚、氟马西尼、纳洛酮等药物及其药物组分过敏或禁忌者；
判定为呼吸道管理有困难者：改良马氏评分Ⅲ级及以上。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with obvious respiratory and circulatory dysfunction and abnormal blood routine and biochemical indexes before operation;
2. Patients with severe neuropsychiatric diseases;
3. Patients who take benzodiazepines or opioids intermittently within one month or nearly three months;
4. Patients who are allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, flumazenil, naloxone and other drugs and their components;
5. Patients with respiratory tract management difficulties: modified Mahalanobis score grade III or above.
