Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of remazolam for colonoscopy in the elderly

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄65-75岁
ASA分级为Ⅰ或Ⅱ级
BMI 18 ～28 kg/m2

Inclusion criteria

Age: 65-75y,
ASA:Ⅰ-Ⅱ,
BMI: 18-28 kg/m2

排除标准：

术前存在明显呼吸、循环功能障碍，血常规和血生化指标明显异常者
患有严重的神经精神系统疾病者
1个月内每天或近3个月内间断服用苯二氮卓类药物或阿片类药物
对苯二氮卓类药物、阿片类药物、丙泊酚、氟马西尼、纳洛酮等药物及其药物组分过敏或禁忌者
判定为呼吸道管理有困难者：改良马氏评分Ⅲ级及以上

Exclusion criteria：

Obvious respiratory and circulatory dysfunction, abnormal blood routine and biochemical indexes,
Patients with severe neuropsychiatric diseases,
Taking benzodiazepines or opioids intermittently within one month or nearly three months,
Allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, flumazenil, naloxone and other drugs and their components,
Patients with respiratory tract management difficulties: modified Mahalanobis score grade III or above
