研究目的：

对于老年DF手术患者，亟需一种安全、有效、微创麻醉方法。本研究提出的“沙漏征”髂筋膜阻滞联合腘窝坐骨神经阻滞应用于游离植皮结合VSD术，是一种创新的神经阻滞联合思路。本文通过前瞻性观察性研究，旨在评价“沙漏征”髂筋膜联合腘窝坐骨神经阻滞应用于老年DF游离植皮结合VSD术的可行性，为临床提供一种契合ERAS理念的麻醉方法提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

A safe, effective, and minimally invasive anesthesia method is urgently needed for elderly patients undergoing DF surgery. In this study, we proposed an innovative combination of hourglass sign iliac fascia block and popliteal sciatic nerve block for free skin grafting combined with VSD surgery. The purpose of this prospective observational study is to evaluate the feasibility of using the hourglass sign iliac fascia combined with popliteal sciatic nerve block for free skin grafting combined with VSD in the elderly, and to provide a reference for the clinical anesthesia method in line with the ERAS concept. 纳入标准：

拟择期行游离植皮结合VSD术30例，ASA分级II~III级，年龄69~85岁，18＜BMI＜30 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

30 patients with DF will undergo elective free skin grafting combined with VSD, ASA grade II~III, age 69~85 years, 18

排除标准：

患者拒绝、对研究所用酰胺类局麻药过敏、中枢神经系统及外周神经疾病、穿刺部位以及周围感染、脓毒血症、凝血功能异常、精神疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient rejection, hypersensitivity to the amide local anesthetic used in the study, central and peripheral nervous system disorders, puncture site and peripheral infections, sepsis, coagulation abnormalities, and psychiatric disorders.
