研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病相关肝硬化患者形成门静脉血栓的临床特征、相关危险因素以及预后情况，为临床诊疗评估、早期治疗PVT提供思路，指导临床对高危患者的随访及管理。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical characteristics, related risk factors and prognosis of portal vein thrombosis in patients with cirrhosis associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, so as to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis, treatment and early treatment of PVT, and guide clinical follow-up and management of high-risk patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①无饮酒史或饮酒折合乙醇量：男性＜30g/d，女性＜20g/d；
②年龄＞18岁；
③所有肝硬化患者均经腹部超声、CT或MRI诊断，PVT或非PVT患者均经腹部超声、CT或MRI、门静脉血管造影诊断；

Inclusion criteria

1.No drinking history or alcohol equivalent: male < 30g/d, female < 20g/d;
2.Aged > 18 years;
3.All cirrhosis patients were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound, CT or MRI, PVT or non-PVT patients were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound, CT, MRI or portal vein angiography.

排除标准：

①病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、肝豆状核变性、药物（糖皮质激素、甲氨蝶呤等）、炎症性肠病、酒精性肝病、全胃肠外营养、乳糜泻、库欣综合征等导致肝硬化的其他情况；
②目前活跃或疑似肝细胞癌，既往肝脏手术或肝移植以及目前的妊娠患者；
③临床资料不齐全；
④服用抗凝药物、抗血小板药物史；
⑤外周血管疾病、血液系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, Wilson's disease, drugs (glucocorticoids, methotrexate, etc.), inflammatory bowel disease, alcoholic liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, celiac disease, Cushing's syndrome and other conditions leading to cirrhosis;
2. Current active or suspected hepatocellular carcinoma, previous liver surgery or liver transplantation, and current pregnancy;
3. The clinical data are not complete;
4. History of taking anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs;
5. Peripheral vascular diseases, hematological system diseases.

The randomization method was adopted to screen the cases strictly according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria. After attending group was determined, the staff not involved in data collection and analysis obtained the random code according to the application process of random coding.
