研究目的：

将基于自我决定理论的肺康复方案应用于慢性呼吸系统疾病患者，观察其对呼吸困难、生活质量以及康复依从性的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To observe the intervention effect of pulmonary rehabilitation program based on self-determination theory in patients with chronic respiratory diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

由呼吸科专科医生诊断为慢性呼吸系统疾病的患者；
年龄在40岁到75岁之间；
无严重心脑血管疾病，及其他肺部疾病，如肺炎、肺结核、肺癌等；
知情同意，自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with chronic respiratory diseases diagnosed by respiratory specialists;
2. Aged between 40 and 75 years;
3. No serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and other lung diseases, such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer, etc.;
4. Informed consent, voluntary participants.

排除标准：

研究开始前4周病情发生恶化；
在过去12个月中参加过肺康复计划；
在过去12个月内，规律运动者；
存在其他可能导致运动不耐受的疾病，如神经、骨科疾病；
存在认知障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The condition deteriorated 4 weeks before the start of the study;
2. Participated in the lung rehabilitation program in the past 12 months;
3. In the past 12 months, regular exercisers;
4. There are other diseases that may lead to exercise intolerance, such as neurological and orthopedic diseases.
