研究目的：

本研究的主要比较常规松解与常规松解结合上关节囊切除对于冻结肩手术患者术后疗效，了解两种手术方式的可靠性以及上关节囊对于肩关节的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the clincal outcomes of arthroscopic shoulder release with and without superior capsule resection in the treatment of Adhensive Capsulitis/ Shoulder Stiffness/ Frozen Shoulder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、受试对象：临床诊断为单侧冻结肩，而对侧肩关节正常。
2、年龄：40—65岁；男女不限；
3、发病时间：3个月以上，且经过保守治疗效果不佳；
4、运动水平：受伤前有规律参加运动。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical diagnosis as unilateral Adhensive Capsulitis/ Shoulder Stiffness/ Frozen Shoulder with contralateral shoulder is normal.
2. Aged above 40 and below 65 years male and female;
3. Chornic injruy without any symtpomatic relief after conservative procedures;
4. Active level before injury.

排除标准：

1、合并需要修补的肩袖损伤（即肩袖全层撕裂以及≥1/2层厚的非全层肩袖撕裂）。
2、曾行肩关节手术。
3、合并其它系统疾病，如心脑血管疾病、代谢性疾病、神经系统疾病等而无法麻醉。
4、药物及/或酒精滥用。
5、孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Associated with rotator cuff tear needed to repair (full-thickness rotator cuff tear and more than 1/2 thickness partial tear);
2. Revision surgery or previous shoulder surgery;
3. Associated with cardio-vascular disease, metabolic disease, neurological disease, etc.;
4. Drug or alcohol abuse;
5. Pregnant or breastfeeding female.
