研究目的：

计划通过多中心前瞻性研究来进一步观察两种补片的临床效果与安全性，为外科医生临床规范操作提供客观证据，使食管裂孔疝的治疗更加规范，减少不良并发症和复发的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

It is planned to further observe the clinical effect and safety of the two supplements through multi-center prospective research, provide objective evidence for the surgeon's clinical specification operation, make the treatment of esophageal fissures more standardized, and reduce the occurrence of adverse complications and recurrence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在朝阳医院疝与腹壁外科就诊的拟行腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术的食管裂孔疝患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with hiatal hernia during the procedure of laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair at Chaoyang Hospital.

排除标准：

食道裂孔疝复发的患者；严重心肺及肝肾功能不全的患者；恶性肿瘤患者；判断能力异常或精神疾病等不能配合研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with relapse of esophageal fissures; patients with severe cardiopulmonary and liver and kidney insufficiency; patients with malignant tumors; subjects whose judgmental ability is abnormal or mentally ill.
