研究目的：

探讨羊水炎症因子与紧急宫颈环扎术后妊娠结局的关系，寻找评估宫内炎症，预测术后围产儿死亡的有效指标，以期为临床诊疗提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study aims to assess the relationship between amniotic inflammatory biomarkers and pregnancy outcome after emergency cervical cerclage and to find effective indicators for evaluating intra-amniotic inflammation and predicting postoperative perinatal death, expecting to provide evidence for diagnosis and treatment of cervical insufficiency patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄18-50岁；
(2) 孕16-28周；
(3) 宫颈外口扩张≥1cm；
(4) 羊穿术后48小时内行ECC。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects aged 18-50 years;
2. Subjects at 16-28 weeks of gestation;
3. Subjects with cervical dilatation >= 1cm;
4. Subjects who underwent ECC within 48 hours after sheep puncture.

排除标准：

(1) 紧急宫颈环扎术术前胎膜早破；
(2) 紧急宫颈环扎术术前活跃宫缩；
(3) 紧急宫颈环扎术术前临床绒毛膜羊膜炎（母体体温≥38℃，伴以下任一项：胎心率基线≥160次/分、母体外周血WBC≥15×109/L、子宫压痛或阴道分泌物异味）；
(4) 紧急宫颈环扎术术前确诊严重妊娠合并症、内外科疾病；
(5) 胎儿染色体异常或严重胎儿畸形。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with premature rupture of membranes before emergency cervical cerclage;
2. Subjects with active contractions before emergency cervical cerclage;
3. Subjects with clinical chorioamnionitis before emergency cervical cerclage (maternal body temperature >= 38 degree C, with any of the following: baseline fetal heart rate >= 160 beats / min, maternal peripheral blood WBC >= 15 x 10^9 / L, uterine tenderness or vaginal secretion odor);
4. Subjects who were diagnosed with severe pregnancy complications and internal and external diseases before emergency cervical cerclage;
5. Fetal chromosome abnormality or severe fetal malformation.
