研究目的：

全麻气管插管术后咽喉痛发生率很高，据报道，30-70%的患者在全麻术后会经历不同程度的术后咽喉痛。临床表现为咽喉部位红肿充血，出现不同程度的疼痛，并伴有声音嘶哑和咽喉部异物感，影响患者吞咽，导致饮水进食不适，睡眠质量下降，甚至会导致上呼吸道梗阻、慢性咽炎与喉部肉芽肿的形成。这些不适体验会降低患者术后的舒适性和满意度，延长住院时间，仍被患者评为术后较不满意的并发症之一。本次研究的意义在于利用糖皮质激素的抗炎作用，抑制毛细血管舒张作用来减少粘膜由于气管插管而造成的肿胀疼痛，声音嘶哑，从而改善患者术后进食情况、焦虑不安的症状，从而达到快速康复的目的。与此同时，改善医疗服务，优化医疗资源的配置和整合。本研究旨在探讨雾化吸入糖皮质激素（以布地奈德为代表）的应用，对需进行全麻气管插管的非气道、颌面、颈部手术的患者，术后咽喉痛等咽喉部并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

It is reported that 30-70% of patients will experience different degrees of postoperative sore throat after general anesthesia. The clinical manifestations are redness, swelling and congestion in the throat, pain in varying degrees, hoarseness and foreign body sensation in the throat, which affect the swallowing of patients, cause discomfort in drinking and eating, decrease in sleep quality, and even lead to the formation of upper respiratory tract obstruction, chronic pharyngitis and laryngeal granuloma. These uncomfortable experiences will reduce the postoperative comfort and satisfaction of patients, and prolong the length of stay, which is still rated as one of the less satisfactory complications by patients. The significance of this study is to use the anti-inflammatory effect of glucocorticoids and inhibit the relaxation of capillaries to reduce the swelling, pain and hoarseness of mucosa caused by tracheal intubation, so as to improve the eating situation and anxiety symptoms of patients after operation, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid recovery. At the same time, improve medical services, optimize the allocation and integration of medical resources. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of inhaled corticosteroids (budesonide as a representative) in patients undergoing non airway, maxillofacial and neck operations requiring tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, and the effect of postoperative throat complications such as sore throat.

纳入标准：

① ASA1-2；
② 年龄18-80岁；
③ 需要进行气管插管全身麻醉的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA 1-2;
2. Aged 18-80 years;
3. Patients requiring general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.

排除标准：

①　拟行气道、颌面、颈部手术、及有相应手术史；
②　近期有呼吸道感染或咽喉痛病史；
③　术前评估插管困难（Mallampati分级III级和IV级）；
④　插管喉部结构显露较差（Cormack-Lehane分级 III级和IV级）；
⑤　≥3次可视喉镜直视下气管插管试插失败；
⑥　恶性肿瘤、糖尿病和其他不宜使用糖皮质激素类药物；
⑦　需要口胃或鼻胃管；
⑧　对布地奈德或其他类固醇激素药物过敏禁忌；
⑨　妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Proposed airway, maxillofacial and neck surgery and relevant operation history;
2. Recent history of respiratory infection or sore throat;
3. Preoperative evaluation of intubation difficulties (malampati grades III and IV);
4. Poor exposure of intubated laryngeal structures (Cormack Lehane grades III and IV);
5. No less than 3 times of intubation test under direct vision of laryngoscope failed;
6. Cancer, diabetes and other drugs not suitable for glucocorticoids;
7. Oral or nasogastric tube required;
8. No allergy to budesonide or other steroids;
9. Pregnancy.
