研究目的：

1.以本项目为契机，在上海市妇幼保健三级管理体系和特教机构试点建立ASD“医教家”结合的一体化诊治模式。整合医疗和教育优势，将目前在ASD筛查诊治中的经验和研究成果进行转化，完成ASD预防、早期识别、早期筛查、早期干预和治疗的一体化服务。最终实现提高ASD社会适应能力，改善患儿核心症状，提高生命质量，减轻家庭和社会负担的总体目标。 2.建立ASD随访档案，收集生物学、脑功能连接信息、环境高危因素信息，阶段性制定干预目标和计划，定期评估治疗效果，在早期筛查、诊断、干预治疗的同时，实时评估情况的变化，反映从风险到结果的动态发展路径，通过建立数据库，完善随访机制获得我国ASD患病的干预数据、症状改善数据，为ASD的恢复弹性提供理论依据，也为早期识别干预的重要性提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Take this project as an opportunity to establish an integrated diagnosis and treatment mode of ASD "doctor educator" in Shanghai maternal and child health three-level management system and special education institutions. Integrating the advantages of medical and education, transforming the current experience and research results in the screening and diagnosis of ASD, and completing the integrated services of ASD prevention, early identification, early screening, early intervention and treatment. Finally, the overall goal of improving the social adaptability of ASD, improving the core symptoms of children, improving the quality of life, reducing the burden of family and society. 2. Establish the follow-up files of ASD, collect the information of biology, brain function connection and environmental high-risk factors, formulate intervention goals and plans periodically, and evaluate the treatment effect regularly. At the same time of early screening, diagnosis and intervention treatment, real-time assessment of changes in the situation reflects the dynamic development path from risk to outcome. Through the establishment of database and improvement of follow-up mechanism, ASD in China can be obtained The intervention data and symptom improvement data provide a theoretical basis for the resilience of ASD, and also provide a basis for early identification of the importance of intervention.
