研究目的：

通过对前牙区重度牙周炎水平型骨吸收患牙施行松动牙固定术获得初期稳定，然后开展牙周再生性观察连续多个单根牙水平型骨吸收的组织再生效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The evaluation of therapeutic effect of periodontal bone grafting on anterior teeth with horizontal bone

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

收集临床重度牙周炎患者，基础治疗后4~6周前牙区连续超过2个牙的临床探诊深度（probing depth,PD）>5mm者纳入试验。收集30例患者，行松牙固定术后随机分为对照组OFD组和试验组TR（tissue regeneration）组，每组15例患者，其中OFD组为翻瓣刮治组，TR为翻瓣刮治+GTR+植骨组。收集术前基线水平和术后6个月的临床数据，比较两组的疗效差异。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The evaluation aims at patients with PD>5mm in interior teeth after periodontal fundermental treatment. They are divided into open flap debridement and guided tissue regeneration two groups. Statistics about PD, CAL and CBCT will be collected at baseline and 6 months after surgery. 

纳入标准：

①　菌斑显示剂检查全口菌斑率<25%
②　BOP（+）（bleeding on probing, BOP）位点<25%
③　前牙区重度广泛型吸收（>30%位点附着丧失（attachment lost, AL）>6mm)
④　牙周袋深度>5mm

Inclusion criteria

①　The plaque assay showed that the plaque rate of the whole mouth was <25%
②　BOP（+）（bleeding on probing, BOP）位点<25%
③　Severe extensive absorption in the anterior teeth: points of attachment lost>6mm over 30%
④　PD>5mm

排除标准：

①　全身健康状态差，未控制的糖尿病，预防性使用抗生素史。
②　依从性差
③　患者每日抽烟须>20支/天

Exclusion criteria：

①　General health is bad, uncontrolled diabetes, history of prophylactic use of antibiotics.
②　Bad compliancev
③　Patients smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day
