研究目的：

研究总体目标是探索基于中国基层社区的孕产妇围生期心理障碍筛查模式。具体目标为： 一是验证三种常用围生期抑郁筛查量表（Whooley两问题，爱丁堡产后抑郁筛查量表和9条目患者健康问卷量表）在长沙市社区产妇中的应用效果;二是了解产妇对围产期抑郁的转诊偏好；三是通过质性研究的方法，探究基于社区开展围生期抑郁筛查及转诊工作的障碍与促进因素。  

Objectives of Study：

The overall goal is to explore model of perinatal mental disorders screening in primary care in China. （1）Validation of three commonly used perinatal depression screening scales (Whooley questions, EPDS and PHQ-9) as screening tool for perinatal depression in primary care in Changsha city; （2）understand referral preference for perinatal depression; (3)explore the barriers and facilitating factors of perinatal mental disorders screening in primary care in China.

纳入标准：

量表验证研究纳入标准：①常居长沙市开福区或长沙县；②接受社区妇保专干产后上门访视的产妇;③年龄大于18周岁，小于45周岁。
转诊偏好研究纳入标准：①常居长沙市开福区和长沙县；②接受所在社区妇保专干产后上门访视的产妇；③EPDS得分≥10分。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for screening tool validation:①resident in Kaifu district or Changsha County, changsha;②women accepted postpartum home visits by community maternal care professionals; ③45≥age≥18.Inclusion criteria for DCE:①resident in Kaifu district or Changsha County, changsha;②women accepted postpartum home visits by community maternal care professionals; ③EPDS score≥10.

排除标准：

量表验证研究排除标准：①不能独立完成问卷填写；②存在语言沟通障碍；③既往存在精神疾病史者；④存在其他急慢性疾病，导致无法完成访视的妇女。
转诊偏好研究排除标准：①不能独立完成问卷填写；②存在语言沟通障碍；③正在专科进行就诊并被确诊为产后抑郁的患者；④既往存在精神疾病史者；⑤存在其他急慢性疾病，导致无法完成访视的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for screening tool validation:①women unable to complete the questionnaire independently; ②language barrier exist;③women with history of mental illness;④Women with other acute and chronic diseases who were unable to complete home visit.
