研究目的：

通过临床随机对照试验，明确特异性高效价腺病毒中和抗体血浆是否能够改善儿童重症腺病毒肺炎的住院死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

whether or not specific high titer adenovirus neutralizing antibody plasma can improve the hospital mortality of children with severe adenovirus pneumonia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄大于30天，小于18岁；确诊重症肺炎；咽拭子或深部痰液PCR确诊为腺病毒感染，并进行亚组分型；SOFA评分大于等于5分或者Murray肺损伤评分大于2分。

Inclusion criteria

Older than 30 days and younger than 18 years children who diagnosed with Severe pneumonia throat swab or deep sputum PCR is diagnosed as adenovirus infection, and sub-grouping is performed; SOFA score is greater than or equal to 5 or Murray lung injury score is greater than 2

排除标准：

家长不同意使用血浆治疗，不能配合治疗及疗效观察的患儿；既往有输血制品严重过敏的患儿；主要感染病原非腺病毒；存在严重基础疾病的患儿 (包括慢性肺部疾病、复杂性先天性心脏病)。

Exclusion criteria：

Children whose parents do not agree to the use of plasma therapy and cannot cooperate with the treatment and observation of curative effects; children who have been severely allergic to blood transfusion products; the main infection is non-adenovirus; children who have serious underlying diseases (including chronic lung diseases, complicated Congenital heart disease).
