观察和评价阿帕替尼治疗胃癌在真实世界中的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of apatinib in the treatment of gastric cancer in the real world

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

甲磺酸阿帕替尼片 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Apatinib mesylate tablets 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄：≥18 岁，男女不限； 2. 经病理学或组织学确诊的胃癌患者（cT3-T4a，N+，M0 及所有 T4b 和任何 转移的晚期胃癌患者）； 3. 自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书； 4. 研究者认为可以获益。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: ≥ 18 years old, male or female; 2. Patients with gastric cancer confirmed by pathology or histology (ct3-t4a, N +, M0 and all T4b and advanced gastric cancer patients with any metastasis); 3. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent; 4. Researchers believe that it can benefit.

排除标准：

1. 已证实对甲磺酸阿帕替尼片和/或其辅料过敏者； 2. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女； 3. 阿帕替尼禁忌症患者除外； 4. 医生认为不适合纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have been proved to be allergic to apatinib mesylate tablets and / or its excipients; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with contraindications to apatinib; 4. Those who are not considered suitable for inclusion by doctors
