研究目的：

研究健康成人服用鱼油前后脉络膜血流的变化  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the changes of choroidal blood perfusion before and after fish oil take-in in healty adults

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄≥18周岁；
2)双眼最佳矫正视力均≥0.8；
3)主觉验光散光≤1.50 D；
4)屈光参差<1.50 D;
5)签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1）aged 18 years or older;
2）best corrected visual acuity of 0.8 or better in both eyes;
3）astigmatism of 1.5 diopter or less in both eyes;
4）anisometropia less than 1.5 diopter;
5）have signed written informed consent

排除标准：

1)青光眼、白内障、葡萄膜炎、圆锥角膜等影响视力或眼球生物学参数测量的眼部疾病史；
2)眼部手术史；
3)双眼视功能异常；
4)眼球运动异常；
5)有晕血和晕针史；
6)出血性疾病史；
7)全身系统性疾病，糖尿病，肝肾疾病等；
8)海鲜，鱼类过敏史

Exclusion criteria：

1) with history of glaucoma, cataract, uveitis, keratoconus, or other eye diseases that influence ocular parameters measurement;
2) with hostory of eye surgery;
3) with abnormal binocular vision;
4) with abnormal eye movement in either eye;
5) with history of blood phobia or needlesickness;
6) with hemorrhagic disease;
7) with history of diabetes mellitus, liver or renal function disfunction, or other systemic diseases;
8) with history of seafood or fish allergy
