研究目的：

观察复合小剂量艾司氯胺酮并减少舒芬太尼用量，能否在维持足够镇静镇痛水平的同时，减轻丙泊酚和舒芬太尼非气管插管静脉全麻对宫颈锥切术患者的呼吸抑制；并比较两种麻醉方案术中血流动力学情况、艾司氯胺酮相关精神副作用情况、患者满意度、医生满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe whether the combination of low-dose estroketamine and the reduction of sufentanil dosage can reduce the respiratory depression of patients undergoing cervical coning operation under non-tracheal intubation and intravenous general anesthesia with propofol and sufentanil while maintaining sufficient sedative and analgesic levels;The hemodynamics, ketamine - related psychiatric side effects, patient satisfaction, and doctor satisfaction were compared between the two anesthetic regimens.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18~60岁；ASA分级 Ⅰ~Ⅱ级；BMI＜30；STOP-BANG＜3分。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18 to 60 years old; ASA class I to II; BMI < 30; Stop-bang < 3

排除标准：

6个月内发生过不稳定性心绞痛、心梗；充血性心力衰竭；未经治疗或控制不佳的高血压（SBP＞180mmHg，DBP＞100 mmHg）；中枢神经系统病史、精神病史，颅内高压；青光眼；甲亢、以及口服甲状腺素片的患者；严重肝肾功能障碍

Exclusion criteria：

Angina pectoris and myocardial infarction occurred within 6 months; Congestive heart failure; Untreated or poorly controlled hypertension (SBP > 180mmHg, DBP > 100 mmHg); History of central nervous system, history of mental illness, intracranial hypertension; Glaucoma; Patients with hyperthyroidism and oral thyroxine tablets; Severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
