探讨失眠症的睡眠宏观结构异常与认知障碍相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between macrostructure abnormality of sleep and cognitive impairment in insomnia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

失眠症组：
纳入标准：a.年龄≥18岁，且小于70岁；b.符合DSM-5中失眠症有关标准，即出现入睡困难、睡眠维持困难和（或）早醒，同时伴日间功能障碍（如注意力难以集中等），≥3次/周，持续≥3个月；c. 2周内未使用任何镇静催眠药物、抗抑郁药物等；d. 受教育≥7年，无听理解障碍；e.自愿参加本研究，且签署知情同意书。
睡眠正常组：选取性别、年龄、受教育程度相匹配的健康志愿者为对照组。

Inclusion criteria

Insomnia group:

Inclusion criteria: a. Age ≥18 years and less than 70 years; B. Meet the criteria for insomnia in DSM-5, namely difficulty falling asleep, difficulty in sleep maintenance and/or early awakening, accompanied by daytime dysfunction (such as difficulty in concentration, etc.), ≥3 times/week, lasting ≥3 months; C. Did not use any sedative-hypnotic drugs or antidepressants within 2 weeks; D. Education ≥7 years, no listening and understanding disorder; E. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Normal sleep group: healthy volunteers matched by sex, age and education were selected as the control group.

排除标准：

a.继发性失眠；b.合并呼吸暂停、不宁腿综合征等其他睡眠障碍疾病、精神疾病；c.使用镇静、抗精神疾病药物等；d.妊娠期妇女；e.合并严重肝肾功能不全、心肺功能不全、痴呆等。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Secondary insomnia; B. Other sleep disorders and mental disorders, including apnea and restless leg syndrome; C. Use sedation, anti-psychiatric drugs, etc.; D. Women during pregnancy; E. Combined with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, dementia, etc.
