建立全国范围的中国健康成人血浆sST2水平的参考值范围。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish the nationwide reference value of plasma sST2 in healthy community-based Chinese adult population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18周岁；
②既往无相关疾病史；
③3个月内未服用心血管疾病类药物；
④体格检查正常（无收缩期3/6级及以上杂音或舒张期杂音），血压< 140/90 mmHg（1 mmHg = 0.133kPa）；
⑤心电图结果正常：窦性心律，心率50~120次/分，无二度及以上房室传导阻滞、左束支传导阻滞及右束支传导阻滞，无频发室性期前收缩（室性期前收缩>6个/分），无QT间期延长（QTc > 440 ms）；
⑥超声心动图结果正常：左心房前后径（LAD，前后径）< 40mm，左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）< 55mm（男）或< 50mm（女）【当BSA> 2.0m2或BMI >28kg/m2（肥胖者），要求LVEDD/BSA <2.7cm/m2】，左心室射血分数（LVEF）> 55%，无节段性或弥漫性室壁运动异常；
⑦常规化验正常：血常规、肝功能、肾功能、电解质、血脂及血糖的检测结果在各自的参考值范围内。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged >= 18 years;
(2) healthy residents;
(3) without medications for cardiovascular diseases within 3 months;
(4) with normal physical examination;
(5) with normal electrocardiogram;
(6) with normal echocardiogram;
(7) with normal routine laboratory tests.

排除标准：

① 既往有相关疾病史或3个月内服用心血管疾病类药物；
② 体格检查异常，或心电图检查、超声心动图检查、常规化验异常者；
③ 不同意参加本研究或未签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With history of cardiovascular diseases or medications for cardiovascular diseases within 3 months;
(2) with abnormal physical examination, or electrocardiogram, or echocardiogram, or routine laboratory tests;
(3) lack of signed informed consent.
