比较在不同类型的标本中，CRISPR-Cas诊断技术与传统真菌培养、G试验、GM试验的诊断性能，从而为烟曲霉病的早期诊断提供理论依据和技术手段。  

Objectives of Study：

The diagnostic performance of crisPR-CAS was compared with that of traditional fungal culture, G test and GM test in different types of specimens, so as to provide theoretical basis and technical means for the early diagnosis of aspergillus fumigata.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时载入病例报告表，采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比较。电子数据文件有多个备份，保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，防止丢失
