比较单焦点人工晶状体与多焦点人工晶状体应用在后囊连续环形撕囊联合人工晶状体光学部夹持术治疗儿童白内障的长期临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of long-term clinical effects of two different intraocular lenses in the treatment of pediatric cataract with posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis and optic capture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

2-14周岁的儿童白内障患者（可一期植入人工晶体患者）。

Inclusion criteria

Children aged 2-14 years old with cataract (who can be treated with primary intraocular lens implantation).

排除标准：

1.参加其他临床试验的患者；
2.患有青光眼、视网膜疾病、既往眼科手术、晶状体脱位、眼外伤史、中央角膜混浊、虹膜畸形等影响术后视力恢复的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
2. Patients with eye diseases or ocular diseases affect postoperative vision recovery, such as glaucoma ,retinal disease ,previous ocular surgeries,lens dislocation, history of ocular trauma ,central corneal opacities and iris deformity
