探讨时钟相关基因Per1和Cry1编码区上游启动子甲基化能否通过干扰血压昼夜节律影响脑小血管病合并认知功能障碍。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate whether the upstream promoter methylation of clock-related genes Per1 and Cry1 encoding regions can affect cerebral microvascular disease with cognitive dysfunction by interfering with blood pressure circadian rhythm.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

接受磁共振成像(MRI)扫描,影像学上表现为腔隙性梗死( LI) 、腔隙( lacune) 、脑白质病变 ( WML) 、血管周围间隙扩大及脑微出血( CMB)等,符合2014版《脑小血管病诊治专家共识》中脑小血管病的临床诊断要求。

Inclusion criteria

For magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan, imaging of lacunar infarction (LI), lacunar (lacune), cerebral white matter lesions (WML) for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan, blood vessels, and on the imaging performance of lacunar infarction (LI), lacunar (lacune), cerebral white matter lesions (WML), blood vessels around the micro gap enlargement and cerebral hemorrhage (CMB), in line with the 2014 version of the "little brain vascular disease diagnosis and expert consensus" midbrain small vascular disease clinical diagnosis requirements.

排除标准:

明显失明、耳聋及言语表达困难的;诊断精神分裂症、情感性障碍、器质性精神障碍及精神发育迟滞;变性病中的痴呆症候群(帕金森氏病、弥漫路易体病、慢性进行性舞蹈病、 进行性核上性麻痹、丘脑性痴呆、Creutzfeldt-Jakob病 );存在假性痴呆的情况(抑郁、谵妄、脑脓肿、脑瘤、甲状腺功能低下、垂体功能低下、维生素缺乏症、慢性肾功能衰竭和肝性脑病等);认知功能正常,但已服用胆碱酯酶抑制剂的者。

Exclusion criteria:

Obvious blindness, deafness and difficulty in speech expression;Diagnose schizophrenia, affective disorder, organic mental disorder and mental retardation;Dementia syndromes in degenerative diseases (Parkinson's disease, diffuse Lewy body disease, chronic progressive chorea, progressive suprarenal palsy, thalamic dementia, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease);The presence of pseudodementia (depression, delirium, brain abscess, brain tumor, hypothyroidism, hypophysis, vitamin deficiency, chronic renal failure and hepatic encephalopathy);Those who have normal cognitive function but have taken cholinesterase inhibitors.
