研究目的：

研究多粘菌素B治疗碳青霉烯耐药革兰阴性杆菌（Carbapenem-resistant Organism, CRO）肺部感染（包括耐碳青霉烯类铜绿假单胞菌CRPA、耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌CRAB、耐碳青霉烯类肠杆菌科细菌CRE）患者不同给药途径（包括静脉滴注、雾化吸入、静脉滴注联合雾化吸入）的PK/PD及临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to study the effect of polymyxin B in the treatment of carbapenem resistant organisms, PK / PD and clinical efficacy of different routes of Administration (including intravenous drip, aerosol inhalation, intravenous drip combined with aerosol inhalation) in patients with lung infection (including carbapenem resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa CRPA, carbapenem resistant Acinetobacter baumannii crab, carbapenem resistant Enterobacteriaceae CRE).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁；
（2）在CRO肺部感染治疗过程中使用多粘菌素B的患者，且多粘菌素B治疗时间≥72小时；
（3）多次间隔使用多粘菌素B的患者，以第一次使用多粘菌素B治疗时间≥72小时的治疗期为准；
（4）有明确病原菌结果且药敏结果提示对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药；
（5）自愿加入研究，签署知情同意书，允许研究者将临床数据用于研究分析者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients over 18 years old;
2. Patients who used polymyxin B in the treatment of cro pulmonary infection, and the treatment time of polymyxin B was more than 72 hours;
3. For patients who use polymyxin B repeatedly, the treatment period with the first polymyxin B treatment time >= 72 hours shall prevail;
4. Patients with definite pathogen results and drug sensitivity results indicating resistance to carbapenems;
5. Patients who volunteered to join the study signed informed consent, allowing researchers to use clinical data for research analysts.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠、有妊娠计划或哺乳期妇女；
（2）入住ICU期间行心肺复苏患者；
（3）晚期恶性肿瘤及HIV感染患者；
（4）对多粘菌素B过敏；
（5）有哮喘病史患者；
（6）3个月内正在参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant, planned or lactating women;
2. Patients undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in ICU;
3. Patients with advanced malignant tumor and HIV infection;
4. Patients allergic to polymyxin B;
5. Patients with history of asthma;
6. Subjects who are participating in other clinical studies within 3 months.
