研究目的：

研究多粘菌素B治疗碳青霉烯耐药革兰阴性杆菌（Carbapenem-resistant Organism, CRO）肺部感染（包括耐碳青霉烯类铜绿假单胞菌CRPA、耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌CRAB、耐碳青霉烯类肠杆菌科细菌CRE）患者不同给药途径（包括静脉滴注、雾化吸入、静脉滴注联合雾化吸入）的PK/PD及临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

By using the different administration method of polymyxin B (including intravenous drip, atomization inhalation, intravenous drip combined atomization inhalation), study the PK/PD change and clinical curative effect of polymyxin B treatment pulmonary infection with Carbapenem-resistant gram-negative bacillus in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁；
（2）在CRO肺部感染治疗过程中使用多粘菌素B的患者，且多粘菌素B治疗时间≥72小时；
（3）多次间隔使用多粘菌素B的患者，以第一次使用多粘菌素B治疗时间≥72小时的治疗期为准；
（4）有明确病原菌结果且药敏结果提示对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药；
（5）自愿加入研究，签署知情同意书，允许研究者将临床数据用于研究分析者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥18 years;
(2) Patients treated with polymyxin B during the treatment of CRO pulmonary infection, and the treatment time of polymyxin B ≥72 hours;
(3) For patients receiving polymyxin B at multiple intervals, the treatment period of the first treatment with polymyxin B should be defined as ≥72 hours;
(4) It has clear pathogenic bacteria results and drug sensitivity results indicate that it is resistant to carbapenems antibiotics;
(5) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent, allowing researchers to use clinical data for study analysts.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠、有妊娠计划或哺乳期妇女；
（2）入住ICU期间行心肺复苏患者；
（3）晚期恶性肿瘤及HIV感染患者；
（4）对多粘菌素B过敏；
（5）有哮喘病史患者；
（6）3个月内正在参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Women who are pregnant, have planned pregnancy or are breastfeeding;
(2) during the period of stay in ICU patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR);
(3) Patients with advanced malignant tumors and HIV infection;
(4) Allergic to polymyxin B;
(5) Patients with a history of asthma;
(6) Participating in other clinical investigators within 3 months.
