研究目的：

本研究旨在应用OCT评价DCB在青年冠心病中的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of DCB in young patients with CAD using OCT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 年龄18-45岁；
（2） 单支病变需行PCI的患者；
（3） 参考血管直径大于2.75mm；
（4） 提供书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged between 18 and 45;
2. Patients with single vessel disease requiring PCI;
3. Reference vessel diameter estimated 2.75mm;
4. Written informed consent provided.

排除标准：

（1） 急性心肌梗死；
（2） 左心室功能不全；
（3） 左主干病变；
（4） 分叉病变；
（5） 支架内再狭窄；
（6） 有抗凝禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute myocardial infarction;
2. Patients with left ventricular dysfunction;
3. Patients with left main artery disease;
4. Patients with bifurcation lesions;
5. Patients with in stent restenosis;
6. Patients with anticoagulation contraindications.
