评价软组织修补片用于口腔种植修复中引导骨组织再生的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of soft tissue patch for guiding bone regeneration in oral implant repair.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ≥18周岁且≤70周岁的受试者，性别不限;
2. 上颌前牙及前磨牙单颗牙缺失，需行延期种植修复的患者（拔牙与种植时间间隔至少为 2个月以上）；
3. 临床诊断修复部位的牙槽骨骨量不足，需进行 GBR 技术补充骨量的受试者；
4. 自愿参加临床试验的患者，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects aged 18 years or above and <= 70 years old, regardless of gender;
2. Patients with single missing maxillary anterior teeth and premolars who need delayed implant restoration (the interval between tooth extraction and implant is at least 2 months);
3. Subjects who need GBR technology to supplement bone mass due to insufficient alveolar bone mass in clinical diagnosis repair site;
4. Voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 手术区域临近牙齿具有根尖症的患者，或者手术区域临近牙 齿有根尖囊肿的患者；
2. 尚未控制的邻牙牙周病、晚期牙周病患者；
3. 口腔粘膜疾病如口腔粘膜白斑、口腔白塞氏病等；
4. 其他口腔外科手术禁忌症的患者；
5. 患有系统性疾病可能影响术后愈合期和/或骨结合者，如糖尿病患者控制不佳者（空腹血糖≥11.1mmol/L），软骨病，系统或局部的骨性疾病如骨结核、骨炎、骨肿瘤等等；
6. 严重血液系统疾病，如白血病或其它出血性疾病（凝血酶原时间延长>6秒）；
7. 全身有未控制的感染；
8. 近3年内有头部及颈部的放射治疗或化学治疗病史，或者正在进行放射治疗或化学治疗的患者；
9. 正在服用或长期服用可能影响术后愈合或骨结合的特殊药物者（如：二磷酸盐类药物和高剂量的肾上腺皮质激素）；
10. 严重心、肝、肾功能不全者，定义为：
心功能：III级和III级以上
ALT或AST＞正常值上限的2.5倍
血清肌酐＞正常值上限的2.5倍
11. 特异性过敏体质者，如对胶原过敏、对金属过敏;
12. 因宗教、民族等问题不能接受猪源性器械者;
13. 最近6个月内参加过其他药物或医疗器械临床试验者;
14. 合并有各种恶性肿瘤、慢性消耗性疾病造成恶液质，不能耐受手术者;
15. 妊娠或计划妊娠妇女及哺乳期女性;
16. 精神异常无行为自主能力者;
17. 医生判断不能参与试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with apical disease near the operation area, or patients with apical cyst near the operation area;
2. Patients with uncontrollable periodontal disease of adjacent teeth and advanced periodontal disease;
3. Patients with oral mucosal diseases such as oral leukoplakia, oral Behcet's disease, etc;
4. Patients with other contraindications of oral surgery;
5. Patients with systemic diseases that may affect postoperative healing and / or osseointegration, such as diabetic patients with poor control (fasting blood glucose >= 11.1mmol/l), chondropathy, systemic or local bone diseases, such as bone tuberculosis, osteoarthritis, bone tumor, etc;
6. Patients with severe hematological diseases, such as leukemia or other hemorrhagic diseases (prothrombin time prolongation > 6 seconds);
7. Patients with uncontrolled infection in the whole body;
8. Patients with history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy for head and neck in recent 3 years, or patients undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy;
9. Patients who are taking or long-term taking special drugs that may affect postoperative healing or osseointegration (such as diphosphate drugs and high-dose adrenocortical hormone);
10. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency were defined as:
Cardiac function: Grade III and above;
ALT or ast > 2.5 times the upper limit of normal value;
Serum creatinine > 2.5 times the upper limit of normal value.
11. Patients with specific allergic constitution, such as collagen allergy and metal allergy;
12. Subjects who could not accept pig derived instruments due to religious and ethnic problems;
13. Subjects who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices in the last 6 months;
14. Subjects with various malignant tumors and chronic wasting diseases causing cachexia and unable to tolerate surgery;
15. Pregnant or planned pregnant women and lactating women;
16. Subjects with mental disorders and no ability of behavioral autonomy;
17. Other circumstances in which doctors judge that they cannot participate in the trial.
