研究目的：

（1）探究慢性疼痛患者共情能力表现情况，解释疼痛患者共情能力下降的原因。 （2）探究慢性疼痛患者疼痛对于抑制控制能力的影响。 （3）探究慢性疼痛患者与健康人的电生理信号的静息态功能链接及功率的差异情况。基于脑电的情况，提出未来可能的干预靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the performance of empathy in patients with chronic pain and to explain the reasons for the decline in empathy in patients with pain. (2) To investigate the effect of pain on inhibitory control in chronic pain patients. (3) Investigate the differences in the resting-state functional links and power of electrophysiological signals in chronic pain patients and healthy individuals. Based on the EEG situation, we will propose possible targets for future interventions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 符合疼痛患者诊断标准患者以及健康被试；
② 年龄18-65之间，男女不限；
③ 慢性疼痛（主要为软组织疼痛）（疼痛时间大于三个月）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients meeting diagnostic criteria for patients with pain and healthy subjects.
2. Between the ages of 18 and 65, men and women are not limited.
3. chronic pain (primarily soft tissue pain) (duration of pain greater than three months).

排除标准：

① 除常规药物外近期接受其他疗法；
② 重大其他精神系统或身体疾病史，近期接受过重大手术治疗；
③ 精神病史和/或神经性疾病如癫痫中风等；
④ 酒精或药物成瘾；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recently received other treatments other than conventional medicine.
2. history of other mental or physical illnesses and recently received major surgical treatment.
3. history of mental illness and/or neurological disorders such as epileptic stroke, etc.
4. alcohol or drug addiction.

由一人分组以后，由另一人作为主试指导被试完成不同任务，引导问卷填写，实施脑电的。该实验主试并不知道被试属于患者还是健康对照。

Blinding：

After being divided into groups by one person, the other person will guide the subjects to complete different tasks, fill out the questionnaire, and complete the EEG assessment. The subject of the experiment did not know whether the subject was a patient or healthy control.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由参与研究的主管医师、治疗师以及研究助理进行数据采集，并由受过培训的专人负责填写病例记录表，研究负责人不时监察确认数据填写的正确性；另由受过培训的两位专人进行数据电子化。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection was performed by the participating supervising physicians, therapists, and research assistants, and case record forms were completed by trained personnel. The study leader monitored the data from time to time to confirm that they were filled out correctly; two other trained individuals completed the data electronically.
