研究目的：

明确慢阻肺急性加重住院患者住院期间和出院后30天内死亡的独立危险因素；建立预测慢阻肺急性加重住院患者住院期间和出院后 30天内死亡，以及出院后下一次急性加重住院危险因素的预测模型；明确不同医疗付费方式对患者治疗依从性和疾病预后的影响；Charlson 合并症指数，継发支气管扩张，住院期间病原学结果阳性，慢阻肺-哮喘重叠，稳定期黄痰和高外周血嗜酸性粒细胞等临床表型和特征与慢阻肺预后的关系。利用阶段性研究成果，有针对性的设立干预性研究课题进行深入研究，从而达到减少慢阻肺急性加重，改善患者预后的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify independent risk factors for death in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD during hospitalization and within 30 days after discharge;To establish a prediction model of risk factors for the death of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD during hospitalization and within 30 days after discharge, as well as for the next acute exacerbation of COPD after discharge.To identify the impact of different medical payment methods on patients' treatment compliance and disease prognosis;Correlation between Charlson index, bronchodilation, positive etiological results during hospitalization, COPD-asthma overlap, stable yellow sputum and high peripheral blood eosinophil and other clinical phenotypes and characteristics and prognosis of COPD.Based on the results of stage studies, targeted intervention research subjects were established for in-depth study, so as to reduce the acute exacerbation of COPD and improve the prognosis of patients.

纳入标准：

1.慢阻肺急性加重住院患者；
2.具备健全的理解和沟通能力；
3.生活可以自理。

Inclusion criteria

1. Hospitalized patients with acute exacerbation of copd;
2. Have sound understanding and communication skills;
3. Ability to take care of themselves.

排除标准：

1.合并症的终末期；
2.拒绝纳入数据库。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The terminal stage of the comorbidities;
2. Refuse to be included in the database.
