探讨支气管镜下表现对侵袭性肺曲霉菌病的诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the diagnostic value of the manifestations under tracheoscopy for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

疑似侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染，并满足下列3个条件（1）一次以上气管镜检查；（2）至少一次的肺泡灌洗液（BALF）或气管镜粘膜刷检标本病原学检查结果（培养、镜检）或BALF的 GM试验检查结果。（3）排除其他病原体感染所致肺炎

Inclusion criteria

Suspected invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection, and meet the following three conditions
(1) more than one tracheoscopy;
(2) The results of pathogenic examination (culture, microscopic examination) of at least one alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) or tracheal mucosal brush examination or GM test of BALF;
(3) Exclude pneumonia caused by other pathogens.

排除标准：

疑似侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染，但具备以下任一条件者（1）没有行气管镜检查；（2）只有镜下粘膜表现的描述没有行BALF或粘膜刷检病原学检查者或GM试验者。（3）血液系统疾病和恶性肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Suspected invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection, but with any of the following conditions (1) did not undergo tracheal microscopy; (2) Only microscopic mucosal manifestations were described without BALF or mucosal brush aetiology examination or GM test. (3) Patients with blood system diseases and malignant tumors.
