探讨支气管镜下表现对侵袭性肺曲霉菌病的诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the diagnostic value of the manifestations under tracheoscopy for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

疑似侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染，并满足下列3个条件（1）一次以上气管镜检查；（2）至少一次的肺泡灌洗液（BALF）或气管镜粘膜刷检标本病原学检查结果（培养、镜检）或BALF的 GM试验检查结果。（3）排除其他病原体感染所致肺炎

Inclusion criteria

Suspected invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection, and meet the following three conditions (1) more than one tracheoscopy; (2) The results of pathogenic examination (culture, microscopic examination) of at least one alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) or tracheal mucosal brush examination or GM test of BALF. (3) Exclude pneumonia caused by other pathogens.

排除标准：

疑似侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染，但具备以下任一条件者（1）没有行气管镜检查；（2）只有镜下粘膜表现的描述没有行BALF或粘膜刷检病原学检查者或GM试验者。（3）血液系统疾病和恶性肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Suspected invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection, but with any of the following conditions (1) did not undergo tracheal microscopy; (2) Only microscopic mucosal manifestations were described without BALF or mucosal brush aetiology examination or GM test. (3) Patients with blood system diseases and malignant tumors.
