研究目的：

本项目依托于黄浦区外滩街道的老年认知障碍友好社区，通过调查社区老年人（≥65岁）口腔健康状况和轻度认知功能障碍（Mild Cognitive Impairment, MCI）患病情况及其影响因素，分析两者之间存在的相关性，并在认知障碍友好社区提供的全程服务基础上，通过两年的口腔健康行为干预，评估口腔健康教育和“口腔保健操”对MCI进程及老年人生活质量的影响，建立可协助预防或延缓老年人MCI进程的口腔健康干预规范，为政府制定促进老年人认知功能改善的相关政策提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the Cognitive Impairment friendly community of Shanghai Huangpu Bund Street, we evaluate the correlation between oral health status and Mild Cognitive dysfunction (MCI) among 65-year-old or older community-dwelling adults. Except for the whole service provided by the community volunteers, we assess the impact of oral health education and oral exercise on MCI progress and quality of life during two years in the elderly. We aim to establish standards for oral health interventions that can help prevent or delay the MCI process in the elderly, and to provide evidence for offical policies to promote cognitive function in the elderly.

纳入标准：

⑴ 具有基本自理能力。
⑵ 能够熟练自主交谈。

Inclusion criteria

⑴self-care ability of daily living
⑵able to communicate proficiently

排除标准：

⑴ 有心脑血管疾病（如脑卒中\脑溢血\心肌梗死\心衰等）并留下严重后遗症者；
⑵ 确诊患有帕金森综合征、痴呆等神经退行性疾病者；
⑶ 有过严重头部外伤史、肝性脑病、尿毒性脑病、感染性脑病、重金属中毒史等情况者；
⑷ 确诊患有焦虑症、抑郁症等精神障碍性疾病者；
⑸ 因极度虚弱、视力差等不能完成全程调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc.) with serious sequelae;
(2)Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, dementia and other neurodegenerative diseases;
(3)With a history of severe head trauma, hepatic encephalopathy, urotoxic encephalopathy, infectious encephalopathy, heavy metal poisoning, etc.;
(4)diagnosed with mental disorders such as anxiety and depression;
(5)Unable to complete the whole course due to extreme weakness and poor vision.
