研究目的：

应用氨甲环酸联合益比奥治疗股骨粗隆间骨折行PFNA内固定手术的患者，对比单用益比奥或空白对照与两者联合应用的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy and safety of combined treatment with tranexamic acid and erythropoietin during surgery for intertrochanteric fractures

纳入标准：

1.单侧粗隆间骨折
2、年龄60-85岁
3、血红蛋白在60-90g/L
4、无肿瘤、结核及血液系统疾病

Inclusion criteria

1. Unilateral intertrochanteric fracture
2. Age 60-85
3. Hemoglobin in 60-90g / L
4. No tumor, tuberculosis and hematological diseases

排除标准：

双侧粗隆间骨折
合并肿瘤、结核及血液系统疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Bilateral intertrochanteric fractures
Combined with tumor, tuberculosis and hematological diseases
