探讨早期年龄相关性黄斑变性患者肠道微生态群落特征及其与证候的相关性，为证候找到客观的物质基础，为辨证提供客观化、规范化指标，同时为早期年龄相关性黄斑变性患者的预防和治疗提供新思路和新靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the characteristics of intestinal microecological community and its correlation with syndromes in patients with early age-related macular degeneration, to find an objective material basis for syndromes and provide the objective and standardized indicators for syndrome differentiation, to provide a new idea and a new target of the prevention and treatment for patients with early age-related macular degeneration.

纳入标准：

AMD患者组
①符合《国际BeckmanAMD分类研究小组新共识》及《中国老年性黄斑变性临床诊断治疗路径》中早期AMD诊断标准；
②年龄在50-80岁；
③同意参加本项研究并签署知情同意书者。

对照组
①年龄在50-80岁；
②无AMD相关病理改变者，无青光眼、色素膜炎及其他眼底疾病累及视网膜黄斑区及视网膜血管者；
③无糖尿病、高血压、恶性肿瘤、精神类疾病、免疫系统疾病等疾病者，常规体检各项指标均在正常范围；
④近4周内未患有感染性疾病或服用抗生素类药物；
⑤近4周内未罹患包括急性胃肠炎在内的任何肠道相关疾病；
⑥近4周内未服用过益生菌/益生元或其他微生态调节剂，中药（包括中成药、 成分明确的汤剂和成分未知的偏方等），过食具有抗菌作用的食物（辣椒、生姜、大蒜等）；
⑦同意参加本项研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

AMD patients group
①In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of early AMD: Beckman initiative for macular research classification committee-Clinical classification of age-related macular degeneration" and "Clinical pathway of age-related macular degeneration in China "
②Aged 50 to 80 years;
③Agree to participate in the trial and provide written informed consent.

Control group
①Aged 50 to 80 years;
②Those without AMD-related pathological changes, glaucoma, uveitis or other fundus diseases, which involves the macular area and retinal vessels;
③Those without diabetes, hypertension, malignant tumors, mental diseases, immune system diseases and other diseases, all indicators of physical examination are within the normal range;
④Those without infectious diseases or antibiotics taken in the past 4 weeks;
⑤Those without any intestinal related diseases including acute gastroenteritis in the past 4 weeks;
⑥Those without having taken probiotics/prebiotics or other micro-ecological regulators, Chinese medicines (including Chinese patent medicine, decoctions with clear ingredients, or remedies with unknown ingredients) in the past 4 weeks, or overeating foods with antibacterial effects (such as chili,ginger,garlic,etc.) ;
⑦Agree to participate in the trial and provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

AMD患者组
①患有糖尿病、高血压、恶性肿瘤、精神类疾病、免疫系统疾病等疾病者；
②合并青光眼、色素膜炎及其他眼底疾病累及视网膜黄斑区及视网膜血管；
③近4 周内曾患有感染性疾病或服用抗生素类药物；
④近4周内罹患包括急性胃肠炎在内的任何肠道相关疾病；
⑤近4周内服用过益生菌/益生元或其他微生态调节剂，服用过中药（包括中成药、成分明确的汤剂和成分未知的偏方等），过食具有抗菌作用的食物（辣椒、 生姜、大蒜等）；
⑥AMD其它病变时期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

AMD patients group
①Those with diabetes,hypertension,malignant tumors,mental diseases,immune system diseases and other diseases;
②Those with glaucoma,uveitis or other fundus diseases,which involves the macular area and retinal vessels;
③Those with infectious diseases or antibiotics taken in the past 4 weeks;
④Those with any intestinal related diseases including acute gastroenteritis in the past 4 weeks;
⑤Those with having taken probiotics/prebiotics or other micro-ecological regulators, Chinese medicines (including Chinese patent medicine, decoctions with clear ingredients,or remedies with unknown ingredients) in the past 4 weeks,or overeating foods with antibacterial effects (such as chili, ginger,garlic,etc.);
⑥Those with other stages of AMD.
