研究目的：

探讨血小板活化对白细胞功能调节在牙周免疫炎症中的作用及机制，抑制血小板活化或血小板白细胞聚合体形成对牙周疾病发生发展、牙周炎及全身炎症的作用，探讨调节宿主炎症反应降低牙周破坏程度的可能。  

Objectives of Study：

The aims of this study are to analyze the interaction of platelet activation with leukocytes in immune inflammation of periodontitis, the inhibition of platelet activation or the formation of PLA on the incidence and development of periodontitis, the extent of periodontal and systemic inflammation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、牙周炎患者纳入标准：
（1）患者发病年龄在18-60岁;
（2）全口至少有8颗牙的探诊深度≥5mm，邻面附着丧失≥3mm，均经全口根尖片证实有邻面牙槽骨吸收；
（3）就诊前6个月内未做过牙周治疗,近3个月未服用过抗生素;
2、牙周炎伴动脉粥样硬化患者纳入标准：参照牙周炎诊断标准，并于综合医院诊断为动脉粥样硬化,但无其它系统性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion of periodontitis
1) age between 18 to 60 years old;
2) systemic healthy and presented at least 20 functional teeth in the mouth;
3) at least 8 teeth with probing depth (PD) > 5mm and clinical attachment loss (AL) > 3mm, with radiographic evidence of alveolar bone loss, and at least 3 of them were not incisors or first molars;
4) no periodontal treatment in the previous 6 months;
5) no antibiotics in the precious 3 months.
The inclusions of Patients with periodontitis and atherosclerosis are the similar to the above criteria except that the patient had both periodontitis and atherosclerosis.

排除标准：

1。怀孕期或哺乳期妇女；
2。存在内分泌等其他系统性疾病；
3。存在凝血功能异常；
4。吸烟者；
5.不同意参与试验，未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnancy or lactation;
3) other systemic diseases;
4) dysfunction of blood coagulation;
5) smoker;
6) denied to join the study or sign the consent form.
