研究目的：

比较主动脉瓣二瓣畸形且主动脉瓣功能重度狭窄或（和）重度关闭不全的患者行单纯主动脉瓣置换和行主动脉瓣置换联合升主动脉置换的远期结果；比较主动脉瓣二瓣畸形不伴主动脉瓣功能重度狭窄或重度关闭不全的患者行单纯升主动脉置换和行升主动脉置换联合主动脉瓣置换的远期结果。  

Objectives of Study：

We compared the long-term results of two cohorts (aortic valve replacement vs aortic valve replacement and ascending aortic replacement) for patients with bicuspid aortic valve with significant aortic valve dysfunction.We compared the long-term results of two cohorts (ascending aortic replacement vs ascending aortic replacement and aortic valve replacement) for patients with bicuspid aortic valve without significant aortic valve dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

研究对象为主动脉瓣二瓣畸形且主动脉瓣重度功能不全的患者。入选标准为行主动脉瓣置换术或主动脉瓣置换术联合升主动脉置换术，为了提高检验效能，同时入选伴行冠状动脉旁路移植术、射频消融术或术式为Bentall的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Bicuspid Aortic Valve with significant aortic dysfunction, including aortic valve replacement, aortic valve replacement combined ascending aortic replacement , Bentall ,or with commitment CABG, AFA.

排除标准：

排除标准为行主动脉瓣修复、主动脉修复、胸主动脉置换或伴行二尖瓣修复或置换的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with aortic valve repair, aortic repair, thoracic replacement or mitral replacement are excluded.
