研究目的：

探究是否术前咀嚼口香糖可以减少患者双腔管拔出后6小时术后咽部并发症的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether chewing gum before surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative sore throat 6 hours after the removal of the double-lumen tube.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

干预组患者麻醉诱导前5-10min咀嚼两片（5.4g）益达无糖口香糖沁凉薄荷味2min后吐出，而对照组患者同时期做吞咽动作2次。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients in the intervention group chewed two tablets (5.4g) of Yida sugar-free chewing gum with a mint flavor for 2 minutes, 5-10 minutes before induction of anesthesia.Patients in the control group swallowed twice during the same period. 

纳入标准：

年龄18～80岁；ASA分级I～III级；能理解并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80 years;
2. ASA classification I to III;
3. Able to understand and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

术前存在咽部并发症和声音嘶哑；已知插管困难患者，包括开口度小于3.5cm，Mallampatti分级3-4,颈椎病；近一个月上呼吸道感染史；近一周使用NSAID；常规使用类固醇或阿片类药物患者；有咽部病史或手术史者；胃食管返流病史；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative sore throat and hoarseness;
2. Patients with known difficulty in intubation, cervical spondylosis;
3. History of upper respiratory tract infection in the past month;
4. NSAID use for the past week;
5. Regular use of steroids or Opioid;
6. history of pharynx or surgery;
7. history of gastroesophageal reflux.
