研究目的:

拟开发一种基于人呼出气无创检测肺癌新技术及相关装置,为临床上肺癌诊断提供一种新手段。具体研究目标如下:对人体呼出中痕量可挥发有机物标志性气体进行量子级联激光器检测,对其技术原理和临床应用进行验证。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on the quantum cascade laser (QCL) device, the novel detection was used to rapidly detect lung cancer. To realize accurate detection of trace volatile organic signature gas of lung cancer from human exhalation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

肺占位受试对象:因肺占位首诊于四川省肿瘤医院;体检受试对象:行低剂量CT体检筛查的健康受试者;年龄18-70岁,不限性别,签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects: First diagnosed in Sichuan Provincial Cancer Hospital due to lung occupation;Physical examination subjects: healthy subjects who underwent low-dose CT physical examination screening;Age 18-70 years old, regardless of gender, sign informed consent.

排除标准:

患有其他恶性肿瘤;重度支气管哮喘; 重症肝功能损害;重度肾病以及处在炎症急性期。

Exclusion criteria:

Having other malignant tumors;Severe bronchial asthma;Severe liver function impairment;Severe kidney disease and acute inflammation.
